Major crimes investigators are looking into the “suspicious” death of a 72-year-old woman in a home in Enderby.
B.C. RCMP say the major crime unit for the Southeast District has taken over the case after North Okanagan RCMP officers were called about the woman’s death on Sunday.
RCMP spokeswoman Cpl. Madonna Saunderson said police “believe that it was an isolated incident and that there is no risk to the public.”
Enderby is about 80 kilometres north of Kelowna between Armstrong and Salmon Arm.
